Milky Facial Toner with Rice Extract
The product contains:
- Rice hydrosol - based on rice bran, has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, contains B and E vitamins and minerals, moisturizes, regenerates and firms,
- Rice extract - improves the complexion, nourishes and moisturizes,

How to use
